In
support of the 'Ranting Rev'By

Barack Obama--aka "Judas"; aka "Mickey Rat"
April 29, 2008--What
if someone you had loved and supported for twenty years had, in order to
advance his career, publicly ridiculed you? What if you had taken
this person under your wing, had, in a sense, adopted him? How would
his betrayal make you feel?
Furthermore, what if that person's
denunciation of you consisted of lies? What would you do?
What if you were both "public people"?
Say you're a pastor, and this other is running for political office,
President of the United States, for instance. This person calls you,
in a speech garnering world-wide attention, "a crazy old uncle." He
calls your deepest beliefs, beliefs you thought you shared with this
disloyal individual, "despicable."
What if this person became the darling of not
only the nation, but a good portion of the world, was hailed a visionary,
while you, largely because of this person's ambitions, were declared a
rascal and your life's work denigrated and as a result your reputation was
ruined? What if, because of this ambitious politician, you had
become a joke?
What would you do? Would you defend
yourself, or crawl away to a dark corner in order that this fraud, this
disgusting individual who has already called his own 86-year-old
grandmother a racist, can go on to greater heights?
What if you defended yourself and were
excoriated for it? What if a large number of the members of the news
media kept asking over and over, "Why is Reverend Wright doing this to
poor Barack?"
What would you do?
James Carville would probably call him
"Judas," as he did Barack's buddy, the Governor of New Mexico.
I'd call him "Mickey Rat."
